Geeky Things What I Wrote Elsewhere

I sometimes write the odd review for MyReviewer.com, but I have also posted a few geeky things that were toned down a bit for the less tech-literate audience that may be of interest. Rather than reproduce them here, as they are sort of not quite techy enough to appear on this blog atm, I thought I'd just link to them.
First up, ZX Spectrum vs Commodore 64 - My Computer is Better Than Yours! where I take an unbiased look back at two of the computers which I spent an awful lot of my time with, to decide that age old playground debate as to which was the best machine.
And I don't even get childish and call the C64 a doorstop or the Spectrum a paperweight.
Second, I go Souping up my Sinclair ZX Spectrum+ 128k, where I talk over a few of the modifications I've made to it. Still not quite happy with the sound from the beeper, will probably revisit that at some point when I'm done fixing this BBC Master 128 and got my spare Vectrex working.
And lastly, Programmers Today Don't Know They're Born, in which I whinge about how people are spoilt with the power of modern CPUs and systems. And no wonder so many things are badly written when most of the people writing it have never had to count T-states on a piece of paper because they only have a limited amount of them.
